An interesting stillness and quietness
In a time of uncertainty and hectic everyday life, try experiencing the serenity and self-realization of ch’an meditation. Gold Buddha Monastery will host a one-week sitting meditation retreat starting on the evening of May 9 to the evening of May 16. During this week, everyone will observe silence.
